Music you may not have heard

Ok I tried to introduce a bit of Sash earlier with his Techno Francais track… Encore une Fois… but I can see I’m gonna have a few problems trying to sell this one to the ‘old f4rts’ Jethro Tull type fans on here sat in your M&S cardigans.
Even though I’m heading into old f4rt territority myself, I’m still fighting like a warrior to not succumb (or admit ) to it. :joy:

So just go with it, you may think it’s TOO contemporary but it’s 30yrs old ffs.

So let ‘DJ Rob’ broaden yer musical horizons.

A bit of Utah Saints (you you Utah Saints…No?
Oh please yourselves )
Anyhoo Utah Saints opening with a sample of Annie Lennox (Eurythmics) Angel Song.

So in the unlikely event of you DJ ing at a gig, abd the dancing is dead, put this on full volume, synchronised with the lights mixed with the drum beat, and hit the strawb lights and smoke machine to make things look in slow motion…and cue this up…:sunglasses:
(Think I got away with sounding like I knew what I was talking about :joy:)
Remember full volume…
You’re welcome.:sunglasses:
What can you do for me.

Too much too soon?
Ok it’s back to Jethro Tull then.
:joy:

@robroy Oi you my body may be in old f4rt territory but from the neck up I’m only twenty.
And…I’m not wearing a cardy. Apart from those minor points, you’re pretty accurate. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

For those who are struggling this Xmas without someone.

Marie Fredriksson.

Spotted this guy on Jools Holland Hootenanny, he was ace :sunglasses:

Bonus points for spotting the TK Beddy.

I think she redid this song later, with a more rock flavour.

This song became an anthem for the Angels. It was a must at every live performance, with the audience chanting “No way, eff off.” ath the end of each chorus.
