Moto charge you for water on the garages,paid for it oce,50p and the speed it came out of the tap was a joke,only filled a cup until it switched off!!
never heard of the water charge before,
im a coach driver at present but my top services are
1- roadchef are best
2- welcome break similair
3-MOTO are crap dont use them
but different areas vary also.
and before anyone says it i do get free food but it reflects on my pay which is crap also lol 
and hopefully i will be returning too my truck life.
Try not to use MSAs but my favourite one is Birchanger Welcome Break followed by Road chef Worst by miles Moto and i was unfortunate enough to stop at Ferrybridge yesterday and paid only to find the Showers were being refurbished no manager to get refund aswell

just had a shower… yuck what a disgrace, water on floor… i like swiming
shower too blody hot…not controls 
dirty, grimy, scumy, mouldy shower room…
one shower… had to wait 20 mins
now for the staff… snotty woman in wh smiths… just didnt want to know.
as for the food… well after the shower, im not going to risk hot food 
, so had a salad (watch the weight!!! lol) and got out of there asap.
never again… not worth 15 squid tnite

I have had the displeasure of using Pease Pottage services on the M23/A23 twice this week for my 45’s. while I was there on Thursday I happened to notice a number two wedged between the floor and the dated wall fascia and today, out of curiosity I thought I would take a peak while using the ablutions again and Walla there IT was, albeit a little dishevelled.
A brief encounter with the manager was not encouraging as an all too familiar comment was made; “You just can get the staff” So I asked whether she was referring to herself too, because if that be the problem then the onus would be on her to be more thorough with her management skills. She stormed off, without saying a thing. I must have prodded a raw nerve.

the reason coach drivers get this bonus and truckers dont is that the coach drivers bring a load of people with them in the coach who then spend lots of money.
When heading north I try to use the A1 whenever possible. It is a much better road with a lot more choice of places to stop … motorway service areas are total pants.
