Minimum Daily Rest

Thanks for all reply’s

Could anyone inform me of the minimum daily rest period at base.

And minimum daily rest period away from base. I have looked at the laws but cannot understand it.

There is nothing in the regulations that alters the daily or weekly rest requirements depending on location.

9 hrs for both I don’t know why you can’t find it anywhere.

The “laws” are not so difficult to find and understand. Anyone in an RDC will explain them to you.

The “laws” are not so difficult to find and understand. Anyone in an RDC will explain them to you.

I think you may have put your finger right onto the op’s problem there…

This^ I suspected the same after i read his other post earlier.
