I know I ribbed the kid and I am sorry, didn’t mean to offend him in any way, I suppose most of us found his excitement at driving a Scania amusing if we all admit it.

Actually … thinking back to my show work, I remember doing the Ayre show in Scotland and having all the guys from the Ford dealers taking it it turns to sit in the driving seat of mine just to turn the ignition switch on and off and feel the seat automaticaly adjust to their weight
They seemed amazed, one of them asked me why I used a Scania to promote Fords ? why wasn’t I using an Iveco ?
My reply as always … “I have to have something reliable on this job”
