Proper old style comedian who is actually funny, unlike some of today’s so called comedians who are about as funny as a sore arse

Purely on background alone, I’d vote for Starmer, the son of a nurse and toolmaker, graduate of University of Leeds, over one of the Eton/Oxford toffs any day of the week. Starmer would at least have a vague understanding of the world I grew up in, Sunak et al would not.
