Submitted mine no problem.I typed it all in no problem but it will not submit, it does nothing when i press it,it also highlights my sort code in red as if its the wrong number,well its the only one i have!!?

No joy at all,tried a different account and different device to send it on and stil nothing,just wil not submit nor regonise the sort code,gawd knows

If your referring to submitting bank account details, I guess some people are easily worried, and quite rightly too. However I’ve done several cashback deals over the years and so far I’ve had no problems. I’m hardly going to give anyone the details to anything other than my beer money account to minimise any potential loses
Plus the number you give can only be used to pay money in, not out… 
If it was fishy they’d be asking for the 16 digit number on the front of your bank code and the 3 numbers off the back…calm down gents.
What have people submitted for the reciept? I only got a confirmation email and a delivery note from Very.
I triedd sending the confirmation email which has all the information they wanted, but the claim has been rejected.
The delivery note hardly has any info on it, but is that what they are after?!

Edit: it looks like they’ve rejected my claim due to the screenshots of the delivery confirmation, looks like they want proof of the delivery note / packing slip, so I’ll resubmit
