I might be an optimist but whenever I find INCIDENT signs with no incident I always like to think the wombles have scurried into action and cleared it.

I hope they have too, and they do a good job, but the signs really need to get cleared quicker if people are going to believe them !

I’ve seen lots of signs saying fog when there isn’t any for example
thats a regular occurence around the M3/M25 jnt area,seen it a few times on a bright sunny morning
