At least ten years, not quite at Reading, but close by on the M4.
Cheers Dave.
Well I’m bu**ered!
I remember when there wasn’t a cup of tea between Membury and Heston. There’ll soon be more services than motorway.

H E COOMBS FROM FRONT COVER OF ERF BOOK
Hi lurpak where is Mark Hawkins based ? regards Keith
Lurpak,Is Clive Turley still involved with the company? We done some business with him when I was in partnership with John Woodward.
hi leylandlover, clive turley is still very much in charge,he runs the caravan side while is son mark runs the transport.
Clive flogged me a little Scout as a temporary home after I made my escape from wife number two. In a really generous gesture, he lent me his car to tow it home as my own had no towbar.
That must have been around 30 years ago.
ROF,It seems like these foresters liked you, shame you now take the mickey out of our bears and pigs I recently read about the court case on Sun Green and was shocked to find out that a distant relative was involved. I think my partner and I sold Clive a lorry in about 1974.
Did he ever get his car back or are you still ‘borrowing’ it?. Just to set the record straight of course…You understand…
Clive got his car back the same day. As I recall, it was an Austin Maxi, fairly well stricken in years, while mine was a restored VW 1600.
