Doesn’t matter if they don’t, I’ve had some cracking nights with drivers of all nations even Milodons “flip flop wearing work stealers” 
. A few words, some pointing, a few grunts and some beers is all you need 
I found waving arms and hands to communicate the best way for international relations.
