Hi Mick
Heres a photo of HBM S26 80 tonner
Both LTR-OPX were originaly plated 100ton, but after consultation with Scammells they up rated to 150ton
HBM driven originaly by ■■■■ Lodge, then by Frank Halkyard,LTR by Alistair Brown,OPX by Keith Knight.
All were left handers.
Hi dispatcher Thank you for immfo re S26 type scammell, they had to be well after i left? Most certanly a good looking bit of kit, i dont recognise any drivers names.
It dosnt seem possible they was rated 150 ton? made ETN look tired!!
Can i ask why and when Hills stoped doing heavey work? many thanks for updates of the firm that started my life of driving, Mick
