Licence Trouble

They are active for 3 years but stay on your licence for a further year

It strikes me that any future employer will have you over a barrel, knowing full well that you wont find work elsewhere ,you will surely get the dirty end of the stick. You are certainly in a situation where an inscrutable employer can put pressure on you.

C-Kay:
Is it not on there for 3 years?

not if you use tipex.

Now there’s an idea…no need to pay Dvla to remove points, just send licence to “limeyphil”.

D’ya not?:

More fun to go to Thailand and get one made on Kho San road in Bangkok :open_mouth:

You have learned the hard way Suzukiboy in a very short period and paid the penalty, i,m sure you will not be picking any more points up, and as some say, time heals, don,t worry about the negative comments and bs(zb) on this post, Can any of us say they have never exceeded a speed limit, I THINK NOT,
In my 36 years on HGVs i have had 4 speeding offences, twice with the same zb camera, that one at the bottom of the hill between Sleaford and Newark.
So keep the nose clean and look forward.

Out of interest, box junction offences are normally easily contested, for the reason that got Conor the fine in the
first place.
If someone else causes your predicament, and it was clearly unforseen, it’s well worth contesting.

Always take the Reg No of the vehicle that causes this. You’ll not know you need it,but when the ticket arrives
you’ll be glad you did!

Sorry about your prediciment, but keep trying there are employers who will take you on.
Don’t pay to much heed to coddy’s comments his fav pastime is winding people up.

Unless he was being racist
