its strange as I supply the site and both the English and Eu staff are all helpful, maybe its more of a training/respect thing rather than education conor (I know some highly educated people who are arrogant pricks) and some of the politest have little or no education.
as with anything catch someone at the wrong time on the wrong day and they will be totally different to another day, but it is nice to see such a large site can grasp what drivers go through on a daily basis and provide some help.
Normally its no overnight on know how newark, drivers usually get sent to the cattle market at newark. its prob an exception because they got the paperwork fouled up

Just on the helpful warehouse thing;I was sent into Lee’s at Coatbridge yesterday morning only to be informed it wouldn’t be ready til 6pm which is when we normally go in. No problem,it’s the end of the day so I’m not fussed and pull up on their entrance road.
The manager comes to me and this is the gist of the conversation…
'Are you parking there?
If it’s ok with you yes I’m out of time
‘It’s not very good because of the traffic’
A wagon has just come in and he got by no problem
‘I’m not worried about that,I was just wondering about you having a good sleep,pull on that bay there he said it’ll be quieter’
