Why aren’t you meant to get points?
It must be the deals the fuel card companies have with the retailers. I guess the likes of Keyfuels cut the retailers margins right down, so they can’t afford to give you a teasmade.
The bonus of Keyfuels around here is finding a garage who accepts their cards. They must do cheap deals as availablilty isn’t a selling point, yet many companies use them.
We use Shell cards, because there’s a good spread of their garages around.
Never liked using BP as you tend to have to wait for the staff to make mild lean coffee before they’ll serve you or in some cases switch the pumps on.

Just to let everyone know that i called keyfuels on the number on their website and the lady told me that you can’t get any points at all at any of the service stations using a keyfuels card.
I think that answers the question i asked and straight from the horse’s mouth.
Thanks anyways guys.
Guess I’m lying then and I don’t really collect points from Tesco, it’s all a figment of my imagination innit
I’ve now found a loyalty card which gives a reasonable return on Key Fuels purchases.
Certas have taken over the Co-op filling station in Nairn and what was Shell in Keith and they are doing a “Gulf Loyalty Card”.
It’s a bit primitive how it works as you have to send off full cards to get vouchers for a selection of shops (unless you spend the value on fuel or the Spar shop), but basically you they give £10 back for 1200 litres of fuel.
It only seems to be Certas’ own sites doing this card though, as other local Gulf petrol stations aren’t advertising it.
