That looks like a Volvo in the US. It’s amazing how much market share they’ve gained in the last ten years, over there.
I had the pleasure of driving this Nissan Diesel around Southern Africa from 1976 to 1979. No aircon, no Diff Lock, no heater and no radio. Spending many nights sleeping across the seats and on the back and apart from a broken fan belt and a set of tyres she never let me down.
