They have to provide a written contract after one months service
I think youll find that they are not obliged to give you a contract until youve served 13 weeks

Try telling that to davey 
If you havent got a contract you can probably take them to court for not giving you one (it is a legal requirement), but in any case no contract, no agreement to work for them, no worries
