P.S J R Adams are oftern hauling out of Crown in Carlisle. Most with curtainsiders but there are oftern flat beds in there too belonging to Adams.

Was talking with my mam earlier today & she remembers a JR Adams lorry ( she thinks it was unit only ) parking sometimes outside a house in Canterbury St Byker in the late 40’s - early 50’s does anybody know anymore than this as she cant remember
