Basically made a schoolboy error, was ejecting my card after my 5 days work today looking forward to my 3 off so mind not on the job, anyway somehow end country was on YU meaning Yugoslavia I suppose instead of UK but was in a bit of a hurry so is that an infringement or not ( I finished in UK by the way ) any help on this appreciated thanks as I don’t want to spoil my 100% infringement free record. 
Sorry but yes that’s an infringement if the company pick up on it, but I would imagine there is a chance they won’t pick up on the end country, depends how good the analysis company is I suppose

I would just do a print out and put an explanation on the back - I can’t see anyone giving you hassle for that

Or maybe I could put YU as my start country when I go back in on Thursday, I’m not worried about getting caught It’s just ■■■■ annoying.

You don’t normally have to scroll through the country codes, it comes up with the last one used in any that I have driven, and even if you do use another code, it comes up at the top of the list together
Now you know Culina you will be in the office with your trousers down getting a right ++++++ over now’t.
When you next put your card in it will ask if you want a manual entry. Select yes and add a few minutes on as other work. It will ask if that is the end of the shift, select yes. it will then ask for your end country, select UK and bingo you have returned from foreign shores. Do a printout and if there is any mention of Yugo on it just right an explanation on the back to say wrong end country selected in error. It might not have any mention of Yugo on it but I’m not sure as I haven’t done that and looked… yet. I just selected IRL as my end country a few minutes ago otherwise I would have tested it out for you.

Slightly off topic but what is the point of having Vatican on at all, Ive been there as a tourist and didnt notice that many truckstops around, or even roads come to think of it. Stand to be corrected though

A good few years ago I had a night out there. We were delivering new studio equipment for Vatican Radio, from Marlow in Buckinghamshire, and we arrived the night before the install and spent the night in a parking area that had been set aside for us. My end place on the tacho chart and start place on the next day’s was Vatican City because we weren’t in Italy anymore Toto.

They won’t say nowt I was one ot five with no infringements so far this year and two of them are shunters so it was just personal pride hurt.

Just an update, had our digi report back Friday and this wasn’t an infringement, or if it was the company didn’t spot it so I’m still all clear.
