I had an idea!

Jack-knife:
To be honest I don’t really care how long it takes them to tip me.
The longer the better for me.
Nice idea tho!
1 star from me that’s only because I couldn’t give zero.

How long it takes to tip is only one very small aspect of it. So much info can be passed on to your fellow drivers

We have been doing this for years on our closed system .
It really helps plan the day .

I know what you mean but we all know there hell holes on par with prison.
Prepare for the worst, and be plesently surprised if its any better.
I don’t think reviewing these places will help unless the company’s take any notice?
But you might be on to something?

Did you watch the video? Think of them as more like risk assessments than reviews for the majority of places. The only aim in to help drivers with a bit more info about the places they visit for the first time. I’m no Barry whatshisface, I’m not trying to change the world one RDC at a time.

Good idea, I actually ‘reviewed’ a few places today.

It’s a good idea, as you say more of a guide than a review so shouldn’t cause any problems.

All that is needed is, for example; Tesco Livingston - 1/2hr either side of booking time, 45min for part load to 1h30 to tip a full load, make sure you have reference/ASN before reaching access barrier. Hand in keys and sit in waiting area, food, drink and toilets available.

It’s sometimes distressing going to a new place, made even worse when there isn’t an signs or instructions, next thing you know you’re getting a bollocking off a shunter

Love your videos as they are, would like more input from Bertie. Great idea aswell.

I watched the video. Keep the character going; it brightens the day.

I used to keep an A5 book of all of the places I had “found” so that I wouldn’t get lost next time. I found, though, that I either went back frequently, so never forgot, or never went back again. It was a great idea but for the fact that I didn’t have a means of sharing, other than when someone else asked for directions. Your idea is great and could even be an App linked to Google maps.

Btw. If you do develop such an app and Google buys it for millions you owe me a beer. On Berties yacht.

“The prick with the hair” “daft ■■■■■■■ lol ive always known you as the jammy ■■■■ with the smart trucks  and the ■■■■ that inticed me to get into this game ! No offence .

Good idea with review thing though …

Stop eating carrots.

Good idea, but I did notice you where struggling with your gag reflex, spit instead of swallowing is my tip.

Perhaps Diesel Dave could have a section for this forum to do site directions, reviews, procedures, top tips like where the toilets are etc…
Even rate the goods in staff for shagability (legal advice needed).

Then link it to the exact point on Google Maps where the entrance is.

Perhaps Tnuk could have a downloadable template that we could submit to the mods for approval and create a database of every delivery point in the UK.
Some possibilities to monetise this for Tnuks coffers.

You could at least have finished your carrots before starting filming!

Sounds like a similar idea to what the indeed job site has…

People review agencies etc, and tell you near enough the truth on how rarely good or usually bad they are…

Been doing it for years but my reviews always seem to get removed for some reason… google maps is really useful to find exact location of places but I wouldn’t really use it as a sat nav cus of low bridges etc
