First time I ever heard the winding legs tale was from the same bloke who told me you needed an ADR licence if you carry butaine camping gas to boil your kettle etc…
I just looked at him and said well I hope the bus driver has an ADR licence because the wife buys me them in town and brings them back on the bus 
,he went silent for a couple if seconds then said yes yes he will need one too absolute clowns these people.
