How many truckies are bikers on here?

BSA C11 250

Lambretta LI 150

Greeves 325 Sport Twin

Nearly bought a 650 Matchless, but tried to be sensible and converted to four wheels instead in 1966.

I use a BMW K75RT daily for commuting, I have an 81 Honda CX650 which I tour abroad on and an 83 Honda CX650 custom for weekend ride outs which I built from spare parts last year, this model was only sold in the USA for less than 12 months so getting parts took some searching.

My racebike is a Blade. I also have a Honda Hairnet that I use when trackday instructing, it’s lurid green at the moment, but was Barbie pink for a while! I have a mate who thinks it’s amusing to paint it ridiculous colours.

did you race at british level by any chance?

As per the title. Wat do you ride ? Not pedal pushers but proper motorcyles !

Hi ,
My toy has more miles than most trucks i think ! (Well nearly ).

2011 R1200GS Adventure. But the shiny alloy panniers and chrome exhaust are nowhere near as shiny now :frowning:. I used it every day for the last two years, but this year I have decided to use the car for work etc and keep the bike for fun/holidays. The car is a lot cheaper to run (and more resistant to cruddy Winter roads).

World level actually! Well, on my sons playstation that is.

Nah, I was a competent club racer and have a sideboard full of trophies and a body full of titanium, but that’s about it tbh.

i read an article in a bike mag, it could’ve been a couple of months or maybe a year ago! it was about 5 or 6 racers, one of which was frosty and it said he was earning a living driving trucks now.

i used to go with my mate who was in 125s when frosty was in the 600 fastbike team with shakey

Be reet when I move house, it can live in the conservatory then, saves buying some furnature.

Not a lorry driver anymore and bikeless. I have moved to the edge of the track with a lanyard.

Who is going to Cardiff to watch a lad from Scunthorpe lift the title?

I have a 1988 Kawasaki ZXR750H1 and a 1963 Honda CB72 250cc. Both T+T and ready to roll…
