I have no regrets taking this career path, it wasn’t what i planned out of life, but does anyone life go as planned? It could have gone a lot worse.

I didn’t say I’d wasted my lifeSorry, I clearly took you too literally

I don’t need to know, nor interested enough to work out, it would just be another reminder of how much of my life I have wasted. You seem as if you are hanging on my every word lately Luke
…should I be worried, offended or flattered ?.
If it makes you feel better let’s go with that ■■■
Do firms keep track of a drivers safe accident free driving miles and give him/her some sort of recognition for achieving a certain mileage ?

With every mile being recorded it would be easy to do. You could end up with your name on your cab door with an impressive mileage number next to it for all other road users to admire and give an enthusiastic thumbs up.
They do that here in the colonies Remy as you know, I’ve had the 750k award from PBT, but I didn’t want the sticker on the door or the leather jacket.
Class 1 for 16 years, took a different non-driving path for 3 years, so 13 years driving, all night trunking. I roughly guesstimate around 650,000 miles. That’s 649,000 in forward gears, and 1000 in reverse.
I plan to hang my keys at 1 million, if not before.
