So I could work a hundred hour fortnight and then a month later have a 30 hour fortnight?I’m keeping track of my hours but when I broached the subject with the agency their response was that I should not worry and just trust them…
I suspect I’ll get an infringement when I download tomorrow as I’ve done 50 hours this week and 42 hours last week, and I’ve not even done tomorrows shift yet!
56 driving hours in a week maximum.
90 hours in a rolling fortnight maximum.
So if you maxed out at 56 last week you can only do 34 driving hours this week.
The 17 week average is your working hours. It should average 48 hours a week at most over that reference period. POA is your friend if you have long duties.
