I am a hgv 1 driver if I work 6 days driving and 1 off a week the next week 3 days driving , 2 days other work ( helping to unload the truck another driver ) then 1 driving , 1 off after this i can work next week normally or I must take this weekly rest period? I can count this 2 days other work like 2 days weekly rest period?

As said we really need to know the finish time of your last shift before your weekly rest and the start time of the first shift after it.
However, it is unlikely your current working pattern is legal. In any two weeks you must have at least one full weekly rest period, minimum 45 hours, and one reduced rest period, minimum 24 hours. Those periods must be continuous. You cannot count the two days other work as your weekly rest period, the rest is from all work not just driving.
