I forgot to ask. Can some one please recommend the best Sat Nav or SatNav App in regard to being able to get alerts and being able to see before hand, information about Jams and hold ups on the Motorways. I have only ever used an old basic TOMTOM (with no alerts) so am not up to the latest Navs.

Congrats.

In answer I use a Tomtom trucker 6000 with live traffic. Excellent bit of kit. So good that last year I binned all my map books and that was a satchel bag full!

Tbh in a van just use Google maps.

Thanks. I am going to try the Waze app. Seems to have live traffic alerts uploaded by other drivers so should be as current as can be.
