Oh well, here’s my two bobs worth.
It was a tight lane to tip in, so the forklift emptied the near side first.
Driver goes to shift and allow access to offside. When unit and trailer are at complete right angles, the fore and aft articulation on the fifth wheel would be enough to let this happen
I would of put my foot down and bounced it back down and hope no one noticed the defects the following morning before signing there sheet [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

I’d say we have a winner.
Know a driver that did similar in wicks at bulwell.
Tipped one side of compost…went to turn round.
Hey presto
It’ll be alright, there’s a bloke in full Hi Viz standing at the back [emoji57]

That will be the agency driver looking for the defect book

Never seen one tilt towards the cab like that, i’d hazard a guess that he had the box in auto and Arsetronic tried to change gear (in its own sweet time ) and the engine stalled out, for tight turns like that lock the bugger in manual.Anyone remember those Chris Hudson single chassis rail tilt trailers (look up Monoframe) with the independent suspension pivoting from that single chassis, you had to be bloody careful turning one of those tight cos the trailer would hitch itself right up and the wheels on the same axle pivoted dangerously close like a Triumph Herald, you could easily be in a worse situation than the poor sod above.
I do , wretched things, not a trailer to u turn, loaded or empty
To ny
and the best way to get out of that is to apply the trailer park brake then ease forward gently in1st manual until you get it back down… I know…

Agency
well im going back agency ive been moving fighter jets for two years ? num nuts dont move them. 3hr driving assessment reversing in out of cones loads of blind side stuff. there are some brill drivers working for agency. they do because there not willing to work for 9.00hr like some idiots killing the trade.
well,he has his reverse lights on so I can only assume tight reverse, loaded one side and heavy and reverses too quickly causing the trailer to nearly tip over onto the cab
Think they’re the hazards

Correct answer.
Retraction. After careful consideration, I have the definitive answer. The lights ARE hazards. The truck is going forwards and turning right out of the 110 degree turn from the lane behind.
Check out the legs Offside leg has caught the road where there is a slight camber and the trailer has no option but get pulled over. Wind your legs up fully next time you bone idle minimum wage knob

Hasty words beaver. The right leg is only touching because it’s tipped over at that angle.

Maybe Jim…but those legs are very low, and it looks like the camber on the road in the pic is noticeable. Combined with a harsh lock, that WOULD cause the trailer to tip if it caught the road surface.

Mm, I’m holding off until trucknet forensics get back. Was it the candle stick or lead pipe? We know it wasn’t Mr Green for once, unlike all those bridge hits. I suspect Professor Plum in this instance.
Keep him remanded in trucknet custody
them legs clearly not up enough

Could it be that the legs were wound down AFTER the trailer tilted to help prevent it going further?
