No it does not do what it says on the box.
I paid around £300 for the Euro Map version but I don’t think it is worth any more than £200. The link you provided was to a NON MP3 or NO TMC version.
The bridge warnings are very good and it warned me at the Dockspur Roundabout at Felixstowe. That is a dangerous roundabout with a big camber, I’ve known quite a few Wagons have accidents there.

You input your vehicles Size, Weight and Height and it calculates the best route.
They have put warnings signs up at that Roundabout but there are plans afoot to do something with that and the Copdock/A12 cockup.
