Don’t worry to much about the screaming headache, as soon as you get some fresh air it goes (personal experience when on Parkade In Rotterdam and for the cash & gear I lost my employer re-embursed me the total value).
What I would fear most is possibly being discovered this way, the tightness of the restraining leather belts and the ■■■■ plug down my throat and maybe the facemask 
BTW It wasn’t a knockout drug but gas straight in the face while asleep, or so the police there said, and the doctor they called in agreed.
I have heard about the gas trick. Some have speculated in the past that they thread a pipe up along the gear lever, or through an open window/sunroof.
Either way, an attractive girl like this posting on here has gotta be trouble.

Why not Dan, she might like a day out in the truck? I had a girlfriend once who used to go all over the place with me, Germany, Italy, all over.

I’d quite like to have my mrs with me when I do evening runs, but so far as I know it is against company rules.

Shame, that seems to be the norm now, although some smaller firms still allow it… one of my children has also been all over Europe with me, I normally like my own company but it makes a nice change to have a bit of company.

I know what you mean, I like the time alone with my own thoughts sometimes. When I do the long (and slightly boring) runs into London though some like minded company wouldn’t go amiss.
I find they are very handy for doing the actual work, while I swan around taking pics.
