Yes you can carryfast-yeti. I have a blue badge, just show it to the people directing you into the show and they will point you to the area for disabled parking.
Cheers Dave.

classicman:
We appear to have a full house at Gaydon again this year. Many old favourites and quite a few that haven’t been to Gaydon before.
A note for anybody visiting, ALL public parking (except disabled ) is at JaguarLandrover, the next roundabout towards Warwick. There is a FREE double decker transfer bus provided up to the main site. This will be running all day, so even if you walk up to the show (not far) don’t worry about having to walk back if you have bits to carry or tired feet, its running both ways all day.
Quite a few people like to see the Steelboys arriving on Saturday afternoon, so perhaps Steelboy F10 could post an ETA.

The Steelboys hope be landing after 3.30 ish, for another great show, we have 61 trucks booked on the run, with some going into the main show as they are booked in direct, hope this helps

I love the Steel boys bash, that’s my era and I had a sit in an F10 for the first time in years thanks to one of them.l will be joining them in the evening from the campsite as usual

Absolutely correct Dave. Just make sure you show your blue badge, point to it or whatever. DO NOT TAKE IT FOR GRANTED THAT WHOEVER IS DIRECTING TRAFFIC CAN SEE IT TUCKED AWAY ON YOUR DASHBOARD, THEY ARE NOT LOOKING FOR IT, SO PLEASE BE PROACTIVE. The disabled parking is just inside the site, if you have difficulty walking down to the arena from there, ask by the brick building and security will arrange a lift.

thank you for the info. lads  really looking forward to the show.

Hey Classicman, do you want our Trucknet Meeting point banner from the Retro Show, ■■?Sbf10

I have a feeling I will be too busy for running that, keeping my eye on those ‘Steelboys’ making sure they don’t ‘nick’ too much of my low loader parking area.  Have a great weekend everybody, looks like good weather. Thats it I’m off to Gaydon in the next hour.

Bye Eric,

Well, all home, showered and fed!, what a fantastic show!, Tom and Team Classic Truck Show/Gaydon, you really put on a great show, the Steelboys arrived in style with this ASTRAW draw bar, which was paraded around the man concourse area by no less than an ASTRAN driver, to much amusement of the gathered crowds, a real show stopper Mooner!

Look forward to next year, great show!, Regards:Steelboys

not seen this before, a real classic of its time, maybe ex RAF? as its full of windows?
