we could always -
slow down
give them space
remember they are in a strange land
on the wrong side of the road
and trying to read roadsigns in a language they are not familiar with .
Maybe thats just to simple - much easier to bash jonny foreigner.
I agree…
Now we just have to educate a large proportion of the car driving community to do the same.

Exactly mate, I’d like to see how some of said ‘‘bashers’’ would fare themselves abroad, on wrong side of road, trying to read foreign roadsigns, and sat on opposite side of their truck to everybody else.

Pretty much goes without saying for the majority of truckers, but the inexperienced mother/father taking her kids to school, or grandma on her way to her monthly hospital check up, even the 17 year old boy racer who has a bet with his passanger on the number of times he can lap the truck on the roundabout before he turns off!!
They are all completely unaware of the trucks very probable intention to turn right. until it flattens the bonnet of their car at any rate, although that last guy i mentioned would probably had it coming!!
if the authorities were atleast attempting to increase public awareness of the potential risks it would be something.
When i worked in France and took there test, I was instructed to go round a roundabout using to
first lane even when taking the second / third exit. Never had any problems.Just had to remember
not to do it in the UK.
