‘Heel and toe’ is to use right foot on brake and accelerator pedals simultaneously. Good for hill starts in trucks, but mostly on twisty bits in cars.

When I was doing night trunking a few years back, use to play a lot of underworld long dark train is a great track most people know it from trainspotting.
