I’ll take the B series but get them split rims off it please Robert, also whats that blue light on top of cab for, getting F88’s out your way
my 79 white road commander 2 had a cat but i think they could also be ordered with a 14 ltr ■■■■■■■■■■■ defo had LHD the circular 9 speed fuller and a huge sleeper cab
The Ford W-series comes with a ■■■■■■■ NTC350 i.s.o NTC335, Fuller 9 speed is possible
according to sales documentation of 1976.
I remember NAAFI driving some through Belgium and Holland on their way to Germany
to deliver vegetables and fruits (same as Lowe’s of Paddock Wood did) for US-army.

Blue lights are allowed in Saudi! Robert

Good. Now we’re getting nearer. Any pics though?
That looks alot like the Ford wt9000 in the film white line fever
Here we are…A-J
W-9000 stands for 4x2 tractor and info on CL-9000 doesn’t really describe the components

Good searching and archiving Dan!

Well done, Dan! I’ve just spent 90 minutes scouring the internet in vain for anything approximating this. Now we have the top 10! God knows what they’re like to drive though - perhaps Jelliot or Newmercman can supply some info here. Cheers, mate. Robert
Good findings A-J. Nice to see a 4x2 too (more suitable for my TIR work!). This clinches it! Robert

ERF NGC without any doubts! My second choice would be the new to be introduced KRUPP on the IAA 1969
of which attached a scalemodel prototype. Despite the fact that a ■■■■■■■
V8 with 320hp was intended…I assume many operaters (hilly Germany and
Switzerland/Austria) would prefer the ■■■■■■■ NTC335 with Fuller 9 speed!I had no idea that Krupp used ■■■■■■■ engines! Is there any evidence that they used the 14-litre with a 9-speed Fuller, though? Robert
Krupp even made ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ in Essen! Only V6 and V8 and that from 1963-1968 models.
The Krupp’s I know of had ZF-boxes but as stated, the 1969 IAA-introduction would have been
with a new cab and V8 320hp ■■■■■■■■ Hilly countries might require for NTC335 (no V6 nor V8
anymore) in combination with the well-accepted Fuller-products

I went with father once to buy a white road commander it had a cat engine and a 9 speed fuller ,we road tested it and came back with a B series big sleeper ■■■■■■■ turbo 9 speed fuller ,does that tell you enough Robert ?
That Ford 9000 is uglier than me! I’ll stick with the B series
No DAF FT2805 with ■■■■■■■ NTC335 to thick the boxes?

Oh yes, I would have done the same! What I’m trying to do here is to see how many different units met my four criteria. I knew it wouldn’t be many - we now have ten! Robert

No, I’ve had this out with Eric on other threads. The closest we can get is DAF 95s with ■■■■■■■ / ZF; and DAF 95s with DAF / Fuller 13-speed. Not close enough! Robert
OK, it was worth trying and asking…perhaps we still have a roundtable on Foden’s?
Don’t remember the type-description, but very close…to be continued?
