Well chaps you example everything that proves the low level of cognitive ability within the driver profession.

The difference between the have’s and the have not is generally the ability (or lack of it) to work out matters such as - the difference between responsibility and none.
In short, in this context, I have only responsibilities to Jon, whereas Rikki, has responsibilities to his firm, employees etc etc.
If I make a fool out of myself (and I don’t accept I have) it does not matter - no harm done.
If a manager or owner of a business makes a public fool of themselves, that can have a serious knock on effect - hence why people at the top should listen to criticism and respond to it in a professional manner, thanking the critic - even when they may not agree… this demonstrates not only professional standards, it also demonstrates a level of confidence, which in turn encourages investors.
