I got to jcn 9 at 1300 yesterday. Headed up the a28 to Canterbury trying to get onto the a2, which I did… As far as Barham where it was bloody shut. Back down the a260 which dropped me back onto the a20 just north of the tunnels. I got to the first roundabout on the hill into Dover at 1930…and the old bill said the port was shut! So I headed to Folkestone for a pint 
. I left at 0630 and am just at p&o booth now.
No point stressing I guess.
My mate just came off the boat and clocked the queue at 21kms!! I’m about 12kms from the front.
