A long slog

Great motor to drive IMO, its a pity that they don’t still make them, Regards Larry.

Jaspers old motor, Regards Larry.

This thread can only be described as lorry ■■■■!

Thank to Mike Addy for this pic. An Eminox has been fitted since this picture was taken and got through another test so will be able to do the September shows plus hopefully the Donington Show in November.

Normally seen together with a 1988 E14 belonging to my brother. A racing machine that you can hear hunting you down from a mile away!

We’re not completely anti Scania, we love reading stories about Scania restorations. I personally like how they all start with “well we had to do a lot of work on the cab.” If you like welding lorry cabs why not just buy a Seddon Atkinson or a Roadtrain, they’re cheaper than a 143!

This one belongs to a friend and fellow REVS member. Thanks to Neil for allowing us to take it out. One of the last E series built and really a time capsule of how it was when it was a working truck.

A couple of Brown’s of Tunstall in the yard this morning.

Well I see the ERF a b and c are back on the front page here’s an E . Tony
