I nearly asked what was in it - Couldn’t of picked a better combination
I wanted to come to Gaydon this year, but missus picked this week to go on a Jolly with the girls, got to pick her up from airport at midnight

My mates got the job of bringing her back,had a quick look round this morning loads of tackle there,going tomorrow for proper look,there will be plenty of pics posted anyway,not by me i’m crap with camera!

I saw this ERF C series at Elvaston Steam show a few months ago
On closer inspection I realised it was an ex Stirlands of Nottingham we had her from new she was sold on to Boots as site Shunter a cracking Gardner powered lorry

Western Star took over ERF This Western Star was owned by ?
I Know this was a hobby of his and worked for NCB,Fitter called Harry
was the best man that ever worked for Smiths (Clitheroe) who done a lot
of work on it.was sadly killed in motor cycle accident.Hence HARRY’S PRIDE.
Anyone out there remember the owner lived over Settle way?

Iam not as keen on the early grey trims pete ,I prefer the later carpet bonnet to the plastic ,the w reg Olympic gold s are great !!

I bought this one for a local shunter for a few months i would say it was the d bs when new

was it only mine that had air on the drive axle that would only dump and not raise ■■?

New 3 2 valve mike ,about £90 .
