Well when it was EPIC what did it stand for? Heard it mentioned a few times when i was out with a tipper lad the other day but never asked :s

Anyone remember the Irish chap that did the on-site assessments? He had a passion for wanting dumptruck drivers to take their trucks over the weighbridge. At least 'til he drove a new one over a 'bridge at a Tarmac quarry, burst all the tyres and jammed the weighbridge! Theses courses are a joke; MPQC member companies must put their employees through this, and they have to use MPQC people to do it. There was talk last year of machine ops having to redo their tickets every two years, I don’t know if this has been introduced as I’ve not kept up with quarrying as it’s not so important when carrying flour sacks. (Tipper work much easier though).
