My earlier thoughts on this regarding the vehicle not transporting goods is mute - it is in scope of EU regs as I found out in no uncertain terms from a member who has much more knowledge than me on this :smiley:

If your card goes in during the assessment, you’ll be driving whilst on daily rest… If the assessor sees that running bent is OK with the firm you’re looking at, then perhaps you should think again at even wanting to work at such an establishment.

Simple answer is NO you cant take the assessment,if the assessor is any good he wont do it anyways
