Drivers log book?

I just use a diary and log start/finish times and places I have been and hours in overtime with days off left blank
Oh I also record anything thats unusual for my day just in case I need to remember it as the old grey cells are pants at that memory thing

Do you not have to record total driving time and break times etc  just want to keep on the right side of the law for if i ever get pulled from vosa

Your tacho does that for you

but not on the days I am not out in the lorry, for example today I was out and most likely tomorrow but the rest of the week I will be in the van, I will just keep my trusty notepad for now and start with diary nxt year, cheers

I would use domestic record sheets for the van days

Then back to the original question then lol Does anyone know where I can buy a decent log book for days on the van

Thanks rog I had a book of something very similar in a previous job and it did me for the year, I have searched on fleabay and amazon but don’t see any with 52 sheets, I guess I could just print these off

If anyone wants a copy of a two-week A4 sized record sheet very similar to the VOSA one in Annexe 3 p49 on the above link, PM me your email address and I’ll send it to you. I just keep a clipboard in my wagon with these sheets duly filled out - as above, I have days where I am office-based and don’t touch a wagon.
