I used to be confused, but now I ain’t got a clue… Don’t know why I wrote that.

Can you imagine the call to the boss when you’re on the continent having broken your ordinary specs and can only run during daylight hours…
Fun going through the tunnels

It’s not necessarily that they can’t see that bothers me, more those unable to grasp what is going on around them eg confused elderly people
I had one collide with my trailer, didn’t seem to know where she was, didn’t get out of her car. I had to ask the police to take care of her as I couldn’t leave her in the middle of the road.
My thoughts were confirmed when I read her version of the accident, she claimed it was on the opposite side of the roundabout to it’s actual location.
How does it work legally when someone hits you head-on?
I know someone is automatically “in the wrong” if they either read-end you, or they are drunk, but what about someone totalling your vehicle by just driving straight into the front of you?
Do you need a dashcam to remove the risk of losing your no-claims because some ■■■■■■ hits your parked vehicle, and claims you drove into THEM?

Presumably if someone encroaches onto your side of the road it’s a no brainer, parked or not. That’s were pictures are very handy.
Ahhh… what if you’re parked “wrong way around at night” and someone crashes into the front of your parked car, perfectly on “their side of the road”, and not drunk?
There’s only “leaving the scene of an accident” but who gets done for that when no one got hurt as such?

ROG:
I only have 01 code next to the categories cover by the D4 medical so as I have a pre 1997 C1 does that mean I do or do not need to wear glasses when driving a C1 … hmmmm … yes and no at the same timesolution = get a monocle
That’s very strange, I have 01 next to every category, and for most I passed the test long before I had to wear glasses.
I did have one like ROG, with only the vocational ones bearing a 01 code, however at last renewal the DVLA ■■■■■■ it up and has it across all of them and I couldn’t be arsed sending it back.
