Here in Portugal they are free,go to any transport depot and help yourself,I’m reducing a pile of some 200 odd
pallets,for kindling for the log burner this winter,I’m really not making an impression because the piles are constantly being added to!

I did just the same thing for my daughter last year David.
Lots of farmers like old pallets good for stacking hay on so it does not spoil on the ground, also my mate likes them in the base of a fire when burning rubbish as in lets in air, Buzzer

Suspension looks well up still, so Id guess weight isnt an issue. Might be fun on a windy day though.

i think sylvester was the make, up here also known as twangs, stretchers some unprintable names when they sprung back with a six foot tube slid over the handle and launched skywards…
Yeah we called them chains & twangs, Always had a few sets in the passenger footwell along with with enough rope to rig a galleon.
