Imagine a “planner” whom you’re thankful to all the time, because they’ve lined up a good backload all week long, and as a result, you get a hefty 3-figure bonus on your wages for the week? 
A perfectly reasonable way to run an efficient business…
Getting “crammed duties” for flat pay doesn’t motivate anyone. As more leave the business in their wooden overcoats, they’ll not be replaced by today’s youth unless this ungrateful form of business relationship with the firm comes to an end.
