Yeah, but Andover aint run by coop, tis run by Nobbies. Same with new Bristol. Castlewood is run by coop and majority of trucks are new.
I spoke to ADR about this position, they pay ■■■■ money for it, especially for the work involved…

What? Please elaborate.
You spoke to ADR about Castlewood & ADR pay ■■■■ money for it?
Yes. I spoke to ADR about working at castlewood. ■■■■ money, + £1 overtime… Oh and a 2 day FREE induction and assessment… No thanks

So that makes ADR ■■■■. Not Co-op Castlewood !
P.S. Your experience is not what I know & understand about ADR’s approach to Castlewood. Are you sure it was ADR?
Yes. Not going to post rates on here but Saturday rate is what I am looking at for the first 8 hours of a weekday shift. +£1 is a joke for overtime and 2 full days for free takes the ■■■■…
Yes it’s adr and not Co-op 's fault. I don’t see how they have so many drivers. Then again they do “borrow” a lot from other agencies.
It also is not just this site. The same sort of thing applied with jobs at NFT and Boots Nottingham.
It’ll be the best move you’ve ever made Spannertrucker!
There, does that make you feel better?
Least you know they ain’t going bankrupt & you’ll still have a job next week & it’s a shiny new depot. What more can you ask for?
You’re already doing store deliveries so…
