DVLA are always quick…well sometimes… not always… most of the time… unless busy…
Or sometimes ■■■■ the licence up - passed my C and my D didnt get upgraded to manual, got that sorted and then passed my C+E and they upgraded my B, C1 and obviously my C to +E but not my D…
