Andrew Morrison:
I did offer to lay it as well but apperantly my load of apples were ready & more important
Now you see Andrew if you had hung around at least you could have tried out your LEZ compliant lawn mower or has Roman signed you as chief grass technition and you aint told Horry yet?
According to Horry Roman did make an approach for me but even he couldnât afford the transfer fee!!!
Andrew Morrison:
My wknd retreat(well 24 hrs) at Hilton park its not always glam you know!!!3210 but she still looks good whatever the setting
without a doubt one of the best looking fleets ever to grace our roads! But i allways think the trailers sit too high on the 5th wheel (not flush like the Dutch, for example)
If they was lower the blue stripe on tractor n trl wouldnât line up der!!! & we run legal with our mudguards where they should be not attached to back of cabâ â ?

We narrowly missed out on completing the transfer due to the deadline at Midnight.
Firstly, they offered us cash plus Mappo to take Andrew. Draw your own conclusions to that, we could not afford Mappoâs ridiculous contract demands. (Ham, Egg and Chips every day and an unlimited supply of Durcellâs for his electric â â â . He also wanted a Blue and Red Limo with a Light Blue stripe running down the side of it to take him to work every day) Roman was gutted but we did not rule out a loan deal. Will be going to Bingo tomorrow night Tone, maybe see you on stage mush. Hoping to win the Blue Stratos shower gel and soap-on-a-rope gift set as I have ran out of âHai Karateâ
Hi Horry Iâm sure youâll find that Mappo took that soap on a rope prize with him, Iâm sure Iâve seen it swinging in his windscreen !! It reminds him of the good days !!! I can just see him now sitting on the stage feet up calling the numbers with a big Churchill cigar
Milan by 6am Not me mate !!
Weekended at Hilton Park? Eeh by gum, thaâ knows how to live it up! Not like 60 hours at Torrepacheco or La Linea, 48 hours in Concorezzo concrete jungle or PomeziaâŚIâm jealous Morrison, envious even!
HorryâŚas Jimski said, i,ve kept the last soap on a rope but i just happen to have some Hayling Island
sticks of rock left. sell by date was 1997 so i could do you a good deal on the price.
GazzerâŚHi mate, are you back in sunny spain again now â â ?
If so, dont worry about us back in blighty still punching up and down the road.
lo Buzzer, a few pages back, there was a mention of Dale. I had the pleasure of double manning with him to Spain, i forget the reasons, but here he is. also the back of Rogers head parked at Cluses upstaged by the best rear end anywhere. hope you agree. Blakey.
Returning from Split, there was a problem with the deck lift on the ferry, i was able to get off, but these guys werenât so lucky. the ferry had to set sail for repair leaving the boys on the quay, and if you remember Buzzer, i set off for my reload, and was side swiped by a car.
As you can see, the teleâs not on, so here are some more snaps, with a view of the ferry loading at Split. Does anyone remember Lydia who was always very helpful to certain drivers.
Well done Blakey nice to see some unearthed pics from the past keep em â â â â â â mate, i suspect there are more ex Davies with a secret unseen store of the past in there locker lets hope they come on and show all.Its like eamon andrews all those years ago sayin âyou havent seen him for 20 years , come in Blakeyâ nice one mate.

Just like to mention that my son Steven Davies is running the London marathon on sunday raising money for MacMillan cancer charity, he has had wonderful support from his friends and also lots of our buisness associates and is well on the way to raising four thousand pounds yes K4 for this worthy cause. Jill and myself and James are immensley proud of him for taking on this challenge which we feel sure he will complete. Should there be any one out there who would like to support him to raise even more please look at his page on JUST GIVING on your computer, he is the one with the green MacMillan âTâ shirt on holding one of his children and it is called Stevens page. It does not matter how much you give it all helps. Steven has trained for months for this challenge getting fit so if you can please support him. Thankyou for reading this and heres hoping, Buzzer.
Just for the benefit of Davies followers the person in this pic could be related to Mappo. He seems to have the same dress code as Tone, but as i posted this on long gone Soton site i did explain we owned this F89 in later years and he may have found these shorts under the bunk, took a fancy to them and started wearing them in public, only Mappo knows the truth may be he will explain.
