Early for Le Havre boat so myself & Irish John (red scania though not his usual truck) who used to subby for Davies had a good walk to… Yep you guessed it the Beach even in Le Havre gotta take every opportunity lol
Had a week off (brother home from oz) but still came in on Sunday to ship out to Genoa just call me access,your flexible friend now that’s an advert from the past!! Don’t even call em adverts anymore lol

Sorry to have missed your visit to the New Forest,I hope you had a good time. As regards your missing holiday pay I have now returned from our Italian trip,which included driving down the N6 which is now known as the Route Nationale 6 Historique and passed many closed Routiers,looking for GazIOW’s friend Valerie in Salieu,trying to get a Plus at Serge & Annie’s in Pont D’Ain,now gone,lunch at Victors on the Cenis,and on into Italy.
Angela’s cousins The Rossini Family from Salerno are coming to visit next month,and they have promised to call at Tracey Island to see if payment of what is due to you might be forthcoming,so watch this space !!
Please ignore Mr Davies Senior’s comment about me as he has got it wrong it’s a 9 Euro note 
Concerning Mr Mapson, whilst he was in France we had Special Branch watching him,unfortunately they lost him and he was able to return to the UK,I was upset as I had paid the people traffickers a lot of money to take him somewhere else

Richard a 9 euro note eh ! well when that holiday pay was due it definitely was a 9 lira note, while on the subject of the lira I remember my way of passing some time while clearing customs, I used to stack up 10 x 100 or was it 200 lira coins and wrap cellotape round them to give in at the toll booths on the short bits of toll round towns, the old toll men used to go mad and one chucked them back through the window one day, good old days. Seems like you and Angie are enjoying life will come over and have a drink in the Rockingham Arms one day with you both, Buzzer.
