nope but he will now get a nice two weeks “rest " due to the near miss lots of counselling and care before he drives again
plus he and the signalman controlling the crossing will have been subject to drugs & alcohol screening " just in case” !

This doesn’t highlight anything other than there are some monumentally stupid people out there whether they cycle, drive cars, modeds, lorries or even walk.

I think her weight saved her life. I mean if she was an inch bigger in all directions then it would off been it for her. If there’s anything I’ve learned from that I need to loose an inch off my waist incase I’m ever dumb enough to attempt that.
Just listening to Jeremy vine show going on about it - apparently it is easy to miss because the barriers don’t cover the whole road, the siren stops when the barriers are down, and you could be distracted when listening to music. So that’s alright then, nothing to do with the cyclist being a ■■■■■

There was one woman who rang Jeremy Vine to say she’d got stuck between the barriers, and said she was looking for a way to stop the train, if there was a button or something…

Watching a fatal does send a shiver of fear up your spine, I think every truck driver should watch the video of the forks killing that driver in the euro paper mill.
