To be honest, if I knew someone who had been through what this elderly mixer driver has been through and will have to live with for the rest of his life, the last thing I’d have done would be to post it on an internet forum. What’s been gained by posting the full detail of it on here? Nothing!
From experience I know some of what he’ll be going through & I hope the driver received the support he’ll need to come to terms with this accident.

How many threads are started on Tnet with these incidents that are never run through to the end, but are left to the armchair inquests? Why shoud it not be talked about on here by people who know what they’re talking about, instead of just the the yoghurt knitting Oxford Mail readers giving their expert opinions?
To my knowledge he has had support.
It’s only my opinion Muckaway but, it’s far better to leave “Someone elses” dirty washing to be aired in the newspaper because once the papers have been read things tend to drop away & folk can pick up the pieces and try to get on with their lives. Whereas, this thread continues to discuss this accident almost a year down the line.
