CPC Periodic Training moving to Pass/Fail

I’ve found a lot of training places (from drivers chit chat) do a quick test purely to monitor their own training plans to see if drivers are taking I what’s being taught .

That’s perfectly OK, but I’ve heard (from drivers chit chat) that some instructors hint to their candidates that the outcome of the test affects them getting their 7hr DCPC certificate, which isn’t OK.

IMHO, the most that can be said of a poor “test” result might hint at the possible need for further training or maybe a repeat of that session.

Nope was definitely on about periodic but seeing as nothing about it that I can find must be a miscommunication he’s had about something trainers get sent?

That would be correct, because a Mod 4 test can be failed.

Mod 4 is initial DCPC though.
