If its mixers here in london there busy. My mates got five double shifted six days a week at the moment.
However if your contracted to tarmac london concrete hanson etc dont think its that great you need to be indipendant on spot hire but obviously if it goes slack your first to be parked up.

The people who are taking pi** thanks just motivates me even more
The money is equal
Ive worked in many industries and always tried my best to help newbies, still in contact with them and thankfully they are doing well
You may be correct that i currently dont know all the correct words to use, but ive had meeting that any newbie would be over the moon with especailly the response and willingness to work with us.
I will let you know how it goes got a few mixers to look at this week that look promising

I know nothing about mixers, but I thought they all did local work only as it wouldn’t pay to have them go so far that the drivers needed a night out, unless you’re going to do a Nolan hotel type of operation.

Perhaps he’s on about hiring them out with driver, thereby throwing the driver all over the place, they’ll need a sleeper cab then.

Besides day cabs are just nasty

yes we have operators licence
Yes as potential customers have numerous depots all over our area, we know that they would never send us 100 mile away for a delivery.
Yes we are on about hiring out with a driver
Sleeper cab was an addidional option just incase there isnt enough work locally then we have potential to work anywhere.
Although from what we know so far there is more than enough work locally without worrying about going further a field
Hopefully we should have one bought in next week and another shortly after
