CANADA

I’ve been in Canada now for over 14 months, I like the job very much. I am still homesick and will be coming back to England next year. As i am now a permanant resident here I will be able to come back as soon as I get the hump with England, which from all reports won’t take me long. I am earning twice as much here as I did in the North East but seeing as I worked in Sunderland, enough said.
Over the last 2 months I have had runs to Arizona, Texas, Florida and the North West Territories, earlier in the year I went to Alaska and then to California.
As soon as I’m feeling depressed all I need to do is think about the halcyon days of driving for Simpson Bros or Fergusons up the A1 western bypass and all is rosy again. Neil.
